Castiglione della Pescaia
Castiglione, ancient village, is located on the Tyrrhenian coast, between Punta Ala and Marina di Grosseto, in the centre of a vast plain. It is a touring port offering daily excursions towards Tuscan Isles. The Medieval village is a sort of balcony on the Tyrrehenian sea. Castiglione is one of the most beautiful and famous place in Tuscany coast, and its environment natural and well preserved is surrounded by medieval atmosphere with a dominating Aragonese Castle of fifteenth century.

Saturnia
It is a very ancient town and its origin is still a mystery: The name derives from a God, Saturn, son of Uranus. Saturn's wife, Gaea, used to offer her sons to Saturn who killed and ate them to keep his power, but one year Gaea decided to save her new son, Zeus, in a cavern in Creta Isle , and after that Zeus became the new chief of Olympus. 
Saturnia spa are very famous in all the world, the sulphureous thermal water is good and healthful and it has 37° temperature.

Bernardino Ciacci gave the first organization of the spa in 1865 and reclaimed the fenland of the hot-spring water.

Pitigliano

Going towards Pitigliano you can have a spectacular view of this village built on a tufaceous hill with a particular and intense red colour. The village is dominated by Orsini Castle surrounded by arches of a Medici aqueduct. There are many other important monuments such as the S. Maria church, the Duomo and in S. Gregorio square there is the Travertine Column with the coat of arm of Orsini family.
Pitigliano is also famous thanks to a little Jewish community that lives here since sixteenth century and it is called the little Jerusalem of Italy.

Massa Marittima
Medieval town is located on a hill with altitude of 380 metres above sea level , about 15 km far from Golfo del Sole.
It has been very famous for its silver and copper mines, active since the thirteenth century. The medieval Duomo Cathedral and square is one of the most beautiful in Tuscany and it is considered a world artistic patrimony of Unesco.

Vetulonia
  Today a small village in the hinterland of Castiglione, Vetulonia was an Etruscan and then Roman centre of primary importance. You can have a panoramic view from here and you can visit the nearby necropolises that seem to have finished with the end of the 6th century BC. The Tomb of Pietrera and The Tomb of Diavolino are considered the greatest Etruscan funeral monument in Vetulonia.

Roselle
Town of Etruscan origin, but with Roman and medieval influence, is located nearby Grosseto, going towards Siena. It is one of the most interesting archaeological centre in Tuscany, famous for its Etruscan walls, Roselle has been also an important Roman town. The archaeological excavations can be visited from 8.30 a.m. to sunset hours. You can see the stratifications of an Etruscan-Roman town: The Forum , Mosaic Domus, Roselle spa, the amphitheatre, Roman streets and some statues.

Parco naturale della Maremma
The natural regional Park of Maremma was born in 1975 but even if it is not so wild and extended, it has become a place to reach and visit in a short time for an increasing number of people.
In 1993 the European Community has certificated this park like European Park.
It is possible visit the park only on foot; there are two ways: Alberese and Talamone. Leaving from Alberese you can visit the Park on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, anyway every information can be taken at the meeting Point of the Park.

Isola d'Elba
LElba Isle jewel of Tuscan archipelago, it is only 10 Km far from the coast (an hour travel) , it is the biggest of the Archipelago and the third Italian Island , its coasts are 147 Km long. 
It is famous in all the world for the crystal-clear waters, wild shores and nature and also for its mild climate.

Isola del Giglio
It is located in the middle of Tyrrhenian sea, 11miles far from Argentario Promontory, it is 21,21 kmq small but a real treasure to be discovered. Its mild climate and crystal-clear sea offers an amazing holiday in a nature pure in every season, especially good for trekking and fishers. 
The isle is formed of quartz, it has a mountainous nature, the highest point is Poggio della Pagana (496 m above sea level) where a spectacular panorama can be enjoyed .
